The estimated shipping time to Canada and Australia is 2 to 5 weeks.
Shipping to all countries in Europe, UK, Russia, and Africa is currently taking 8 to 10 weeks.
We will ship your order within 48 hours via 1st Class Worldwide Shipping. We are not responsible for the US Postal Services shipping delays. We cannot be responsible for packages that go astray or disappear from the postal service if we correctly address and ship them. If tracking verifies that we have shipped the package, and the address was correct, but it has not arrived, please contact your post office.
We are not responsible for paying tax and duties on your international order. That is your responsibility.
We will not falsify customs documents on international orders. A CN22 Custom form
is filled out with every international order.
We will not mark international orders as "gifts".
We work hard to make sure that all items are in stock at all times, but freak accidents occur and sometimes we run out!
Customers will receive a notice that their item is out of stock in their order summary and the remaining order will be shipped within 2 business days.
When items come back in stock, the order will ship priority mail to make up time.
Typical out of stock time is 3-5 days.
PayPal Problems or Paying by Check
We use PayPal to process all orders because of its convenience, reliability, and security.
However, if you're having problems paying via PayPal, please follow the following steps to place your order via snail mail.
1. Add the items you want to your cart.
2. Enter your zip code into the box and click "update" to get your shipping total.
3. Print out this page and write your name, shipping address, and phone number on the front.
4. Fill out your check for the total amount and make the check payable to Leah Day.

For International Customers Having Trouble with PayPal -
Please
follow the same steps 1-3, but instead of mailing a check, please
send an International Money Order from your local Post Office.
We only accept international money orders payable in U.S. dollars.
All other payments will be returned.
If you have an order issue or you wish to place your order over the phone, please follow the directions below:
1. First email us with a full list of the items you wish to order, your mailing address, and phone number.
2. Within 24 hours you will be send a number and time to call to place your order over the phone.
